WHY: Beans on Toast has just come back from a UK tour supporting Frank Turner and releases his 50 track debut album “Standing on a chair” on Monday, through his website www.beansontoastmusic.com and iTunes.

If you were planning on staying in on Sunday then I suggest you scrap that and go to the Flowerpot (“London’s best new music venue”, which Beans just so happens to run) for the album launch from 6pm. Entry is free and he will of course be “incorporating some old numbers, some new numbers, some piano numbers, some duets and some raps,” be playing alongside some special guests and, obviously, have his mum and dad on the decks.
