Off of the recently released High Violet, “I’m Afraid Of Everyone” starts out as a quiet meditation on melancholic neuroses that descends into a flurry of drums and feedback circling menacingly under layered vocals. This is a live version with a guest appearance from Sufjan Stevens that aired on The David Letterman Show, but you should check out the album version along the whole rest of the album for that matter.
